All products available on “Instrill” are digital educational resources unless specifically stated otherwise.
1. No Physical Delivery
Our products, including B.Ed. lesson plans and Commerce lesson plans, are supplied electronically.
No physical book, printed document or other physical item will be shipped.
2. How You Receive Your Product
After successful payment, the purchased digital product will be made available through the download method specified on the website.
Depending on the product and website configuration, this may include:
- A download page
- A download button
- An email containing a download link
- Access through a customer account
3. Download Link
For security purposes, download links may have:
- A limited validity period; and/or
- A maximum number of permitted downloads.
The applicable limit will be communicated to the customer where appropriate.
4. Download Problems
If you have successfully completed payment but cannot access your purchased product, please contact us.
Please provide your order number or payment transaction details so that we can verify the purchase and assist you.
