Copyright & Usage Policy
All educational materials published and sold through website “Instrill”, including lesson plans, PDFs, worksheets, and downloadable resources, are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws unless otherwise stated.
1. Ownership
Purchase of a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the material to the purchaser.
The purchaser receives a limited licence to use the purchased material according to these terms.
2. Permitted Use
Unless otherwise specified, purchasers may use the material for:
- Personal study
- B.Ed. teaching practice
- Lesson preparation
- Classroom teaching
3. Prohibited Use
Without prior written permission, purchasers may not:
- Resell the material
- Distribute the PDF to other people
- Upload the file to websites
- Upload the material to public or private file-sharing platforms
- Share the download link publicly
- Distribute the material through WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook groups or similar platforms
- Include the material in another product offered for sale
- Reproduce and commercially distribute the material
- Remove copyright notices or watermarks
- Claim the original material as their own
4. Educational Use Does Not Mean Redistribution
The purchase of a lesson plan permits educational use by the purchaser. It does not permit the purchaser to distribute copies to classmates, colleagues, students or other third parties.
5. Copyright Infringement
If we become aware of unauthorized copying, redistribution or commercial use of our materials, we may take appropriate action available under applicable law.
