Cancellation Policy

At “Instrill“, we sell downloadable digital educational resources, including B.Ed. lesson plan PDFs.

1. Cancellation Before Payment

You may cancel your purchase at any time before completing payment by simply leaving the checkout page.

2. Cancellation After Payment

Once payment has been successfully completed and access to the digital product has been provided, orders generally cannot be cancelled because the product is delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned.

3. Payment Made but Product Not Received

If you have successfully completed a payment but have not received access to your purchased product, please contact us at “info@instrill.com“.

We will verify the payment and provide access to the product or, where appropriate, process a refund.

4. Duplicate Transactions

If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same product, contact us with your payment/order details. After verification, the duplicate transaction may be refunded.

5. Cancellation Due to Technical Problems

If a technical issue prevents us from providing the purchased digital product, we will attempt to resolve the issue and provide access. If we are unable to provide the product, an appropriate refund may be considered.
